Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Field Services Representative in Grand Rapids, MI. This 40-hour/week role supports the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program by packing and shipping designated medical devices and delivering on-site service to facilities.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, educating staff, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and collaborating with facilities to improve workflow and program effectiveness. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid drivers license and vehicle insurance; clean driving record.
• Credentialing/hospital certification to access facilities.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
• Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.
• Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
• Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
• Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
