Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Field Services Representative in Grand Rapids, MI (40 hours/wk) to support the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program. You will pack and ship designated medical devices, educate staff, and help improve workflow on-site.

The role involves traveling to facilities, providing on-site support, and collaborating with facility teams to ensure timely, compliant processing. Minimum hospital/OR experience and a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record and ability to travel to facilities.
• Credentialing/hospital certification to access facilities.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, with proper labeling.
• Identify reprocessable items and suggest cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site support and assist with workflow improvements.
• Educate staff on program benefits and best practices via sessions.
• Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms.
• Conduct scheduled facility visits and assist with onboarding to enhance program effectiveness.
