Medline ReNewal division seeks a Field Services Representative in the Grand Rapids, MI area to support packing, shipping, and reprocessing of medical devices while enhancing the program with on-site service.

Responsibilities include facility visits, staff education, and leveraging digital tools for performance insights; travel within the Grand Rapids region is expected, with a 40-hour workweek and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification / Licensure: Current valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record, and credentialing/hospital certification to access facilities.
• Relevant Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.

• Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
• Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.
• Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
• Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
• Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.

Under the supervision of the Regional Manager and working in the Grand Rapids, MI region (and surrounding areas), the Field Services Representative (40 hours per week) is responsible for the on-going support of the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program to pack and ship designated medical devices as well as execute any other tasks as agreed to with the facility. This individual will deliver prompt and excellent service to maintain and grow the program through job functions which include, but are not limited to, the following:

Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification / Licensure: Position requires a current valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record (ex. minimal, minor or zero infractions on Motor Vehicle Report) and ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facility if within driving distance. Position requires credentialing/hospital certification to access assigned facilities.

Relevant Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $19.75 - $28.75 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
