Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a field-based professional to implement the ReNewal Reprocessing Program and ensure client staff adopt and sustain procedures. You will oversee materials handling, train staff, and support process improvements during on-site visits.

With at least 1 year in hospital/OR settings, you will travel up to 80% regionally, carry a valid driver's license, and collaborate across teams using digital tools to share performance insights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record and ability to travel up to 80%.
• Credentialing/hospital certification to access assigned facilities.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Position requires regular lifting at least 30 lbs.
• Position requires work on extended and/or odd or on-call hours as business needs dictate; travel up to 80% within/state and out of state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
• Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.
• Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
• Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
• Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
