Job summary

Medline's ReNewal division is hiring a Field Services Representative to oversee material handling, labeling, and shipment in the Green Bay/Appleton area. You will identify cost-saving opportunities, provide on-site support, and train staff on program benefits and best practices.

Responsibilities include assisting with onboarding, gathering feedback, and using digital tools to share performance insights. Travel up to 80% and a competitive benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards.
• Experience lifting at least 30 lbs and performing hands-on tasks.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time (in-state and out-of-state).
• On-site onboarding and feedback collection experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $19.75 - $28.75 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
