Medline's ReNewal division in Long Island, NY is hiring a Part-Time Field Services Representative (30 hours/week). You will oversee preparation and shipment of materials, provide on-site support, and help drive program improvements in partner facilities.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of hospital/OR experience, strong communication of technical information to non-technical audiences, and willingness to travel up to 80% with lifting up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Experience accomplishing tasks in a timely, prioritized manner.
• Position requires regular lifting at least 30 lbs.
• Position requires travel up to 80% of the time.

• Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.

• Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
• Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $19.75 - $28.75 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
