Medline's ReNewal division in Anchorage seeks a Part-Time Field Services Representative (30 hours/week) to support the reprocessing program, ship materials, and collaborate with facilities to improve workflows.

You'll train staff, provide on-site service, and identify cost-saving opportunities while traveling up to 80% within and beyond Alaska. A valid driver's license and hospital/OR experience are required; benefits include health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record, and ability to travel by own vehicle.
• Credentialing/hospital certification to access facilities.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to travel up to 80% and work extended hours as needed.

• Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Regional Manager and working in the Anchorage, AK region (and surrounding areas), the Part-Time Field Services Representative (30 hours per week) is responsible for the on-going support of the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program to pack and ship designated medical devices as well as execute any other tasks as agreed to with the facility. This individual will deliver prompt and excellent service to maintain and grow the program through job functions which include, but are not limited to, the following:

Qualifications

• BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Education High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification / Licensure Position requires a current valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record (ex. minimal, minor or zero infractions on Motor Vehicle Report) and ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facility if within driving distance.
• Position requires credentialing/hospital certification to access assigned facilities.
• Relevant Work Experience At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
• Additional Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Experience accomplishing tasks in an optimum order based on time, importance or other criteria.
• Position requires regular lifting at least 30 lbs.
• Position requires work on extended and /or "odd" or "on call" hours as business needs dictate.
• Position requires travel up to 80% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

The anticipated salary range for this position: $21.75 - $31.50 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
