Job summary

Medline Industries in Colorado Springs is implementing the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program to help ensure client staff acceptance and follow-through with procedures.

Under supervision, oversee preparation and shipment of materials, identify reprocessable items, and provide on-site support to address workflow issues. Training staff and sharing performance insights are part of the role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and work extended/on-call hours as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
• Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.
• Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
• Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
• Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
