Job summary

Medline Industries, LP's Medline ReNewal division is hiring a Part-Time Field Services Representative to support Winston-Salem facilities. The role involves on-site problem solving, coordinating material preparation and shipment, and training staff on program benefits.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of hospital or OR experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 80% within state and out of state.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
• Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.
• Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
• Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
• Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
