Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Part-Time Field Services Representative (30 hours/week) to support the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program. You will pack and ship devices, assist with on-site operations, and help maintain strong relationships with facilities.

The role offers flexible scheduling, mileage and cell phone reimbursement, and company-paid scrubs, with travel up to 80% within the state and beyond.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification / Licensure: current valid driver\'s license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record and ability to travel in own vehicle.
• Credentialing/hospital certification to access assigned facilities.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, meeting quality standards and evaluating satisfaction.
• Experience prioritizing tasks based on time/importance.
• Regular lifting of at least 30 lbs.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time (within state and out of state).

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, with proper labeling and organization.
• Identify reprocessable items and suggest cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.
• Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
• Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
• Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
