Job summary

Medline Industries is implementing the ReNewal Reprocessing Program across client facilities in North Carolina. The role focuses on on-site material preparation, labeling, and workflow optimization, while educating staff on program benefits and best practices.

Extensive travel and lifting are required, with ongoing training supported by digital tools and reporting platforms. The candidate will conduct facility visits, assist with onboarding, collect feedback, and drive improvements to ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record are required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to complete tasks on time.
• Experience using digital tools for training and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and shipment of materials with proper labeling and organization.
• Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site support and address workflow issues; assist with process improvements.
• Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
• Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
• Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
