• Prepare and log inter-office pouches for client affiliates.
• Maintain supplies, copier and fax equipment; troubleshoot minor issues.
• Set up and maintain kitchen areas and conference rooms as directed.
• Provide reception support and greet visitors.
• Log and track shipments, fax logs, and reports.
