Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years' experience in a mailroom or professional office.
• Perform basic functions under general direction.
• Knowledge of metering, weighting, logging and shipping procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• Operate fax, scanner, metering, stamping, copying and related systems.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service, professional appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction by understanding expectations and proactive resolution.
• Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail and packages on schedule.
• Wrap, seal, weigh, affix postage and dispatch outgoing mail/packages per rules.
• Prepare outgoing inter-office pouches for client affiliates as scheduled.
• Log and process outgoing and incoming items for accuracy and traceability.
• Operate fax, scanning, mailing, and copying equipment and keep logs.
• Provide reception support and set up client spaces as needed.
• May prepare reports to measure productivity and billing charges.
