Job summary

Canon Business Process Services is seeking a Field Support Representative to join a temporary in-house talent pool. The role involves replacing and supporting Office Service Reps across client sites within the region, with heavy travel (up to 75%) and use of your own vehicle or reliable transit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ experience working in a mailroom or professional office environment.
• Capable of performing the basic job functions under general direction.
• Basic knowledge of metering, weighting, logging and other shipping procedures.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction through understanding expectations and proactive resolution.
• Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail and packages; manage postage and dispatch outgoing mail.
• Package and process outgoing items via FedEx, UPS, etc., and log activity.
• Organize and distribute supplies; monitor copy/printing resources and stock.
• Learn new features of copying machines, faxes, scanning, and shipping equipment.
• May support site manager with kitchen setup, reception work, and moving items.
• Prepare reports to measure productivity and billing.
