Job summary

SPS North America Inc. in Seattle seeks a Field Support Specialist (Office Support) to be the Front of House ambassador, manage shipments, and operate high-end print devices for client services.

You will travel regionally to SPS sites, lift up to 25 lbs, maintain VIP-ready conference rooms, and ensure supplies are stocked before they’re needed.

This role combines hospitality, logistics, and production support with a proactive, calm approach to busy days and changing priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in office services, hospitality, or logistics.
• Proficient with MS Office and learning new systems.
• Willing to travel regionally.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with teammate).

Responsibilities

• Provide a 5-star concierge experience for guests and clients.
• Own inbound/outbound shipments lifecycle and custody procedures.
• Operate high-end print, binding, and scanning devices.
• Maintain VIP-ready conference rooms and common areas, manage inventory.
