Job summary

The Field Support Specialist role at SPS North America provides backfill coverage across regional sites to ensure uninterrupted service and adherence to SLAs. You will perform mail, reprographics, office services, and front-of-house support, traveling as needed.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, solid organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months prior work experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides reception or concierge coverage and welcomes guests.
• Handles mail services, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.
• Assists with reprographics, binding, scanning, and light copy tasks.
• Maintains office services area, pantry, and meeting spaces.
• Supports front-of-house operations and coordinates with security.
• Operates and troubleshoots office equipment and devices.
