Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Network Manager to oversee performance and standardization across the Field Services network.

You will lead via manager-level teams, ensuring executable service standards and disciplined operating systems. You will drive KPI performance, develop leaders, and coordinate across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Dispatch, and Technology to improve service reliability and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in field service operations or service delivery, with leadership and coaching of managers.
• Proven ability to build leadership and develop managers.
• Strong experience managing service KPIs and performance systems.
• Ability to drive standardization, process adherence, and cross-site alignment.
• Experience using field service technologies and reporting tools to support decisions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; travels 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Owns network performance for Field Service operations and reinforces standards across the network.
• Drives consistent execution of field service work against schedules through managers.
• Manages review, analysis, and improvement of KPIs like productivity, utilization, service levels, and cost-to-serve.
• Builds managerial leadership by coaching, setting expectations, and developing leaders.
• Ensures effective performance reviews, problem-solving routines, coaching, and accountability.
