Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Network Manager to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across the field services network. The role focuses on standardizing processes, driving performance, and leading manager-level teams to meet customer commitments.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in field service operations, strong KPI discipline, and proven leadership. Travel to multiple sites will be required, and the company emphasizes a strong people-focused culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in field service operations or service delivery.
• Experience coaching and developing managers.
• Experience managing KPIs and performance systems.
• Ability to drive standardization across multiple sites or regions.
• Willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Owns network performance for Field Service operations and reinforces standards.
• Drives execution of field service work against schedules through managers.
• Manages review and improvement of service KPIs: productivity, utilization, service levels, labor efficiency, cost-to-serve, first-time fix.
• Builds leadership capability through coaching and performance management.
• Ensures effective performance reviews, problem-solving routines, and accountability.
• Leads standardization of field service processes and operating rhythms across the network.
