Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. seeks a Field Services Network Manager to oversee performance and consistency of operations across the Field Services network. You will ensure executable, standardized service delivery and guide leaders to deliver reliable outcomes.

The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Dispatch, and Technology while driving improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in field service operations or service delivery; experience coaching and developing managers.
• Strong experience managing KPIs: productivity, utilization, service levels, labor efficiency, cost-to-serve, and improvement.
• Experience driving standardization and operational consistency across multiple sites or regions.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Dispatch, Technology.
• Experience using field service tech, dispatch systems, reporting platforms to support decisions.
• Willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Owns network performance for Field Service operations and enforces operating standards.
• Drives execution of field service work against schedules via managers; ensures commitments and mitigates risks.
• Manages review and improvement of key service KPIs and drives continuous improvement.
• Builds managerial leadership capability through coaching and performance development.
• Partners with cross-functional leaders to ensure readiness and alignment across the network.
