• Own safety performance in the assigned service area.
• Conduct safety and human performance observations in the field.
• Mentor field service supervisors and staff.
• Provide scheduling oversight for projects in the region.
• Collaborate on training programs for the region.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and meet client expectations.
• Maintain effective client relations and satisfaction.
• Participate in bids and support region hiring decisions.
