Qualus is seeking a Field Service Manager in Louisville to lead and direct project teams within a defined Field Services region. You will report to the Area Manager, Field Services, or General Manager and bridge gaps when needed, ensuring support for client projects and operations.

Responsibilities include staffing, safety, budget adherence, training collaboration, hiring decisions, and maintaining strong client relations through regular meetings and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in protection and control testing or related field
• 5+ years management experience in the power sector
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage and hold staff accountable in field services
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting and client satisfaction
• Mentor field service supervisors and staff
• Collaborate with training and project management teams
• Assist hiring decisions and region-wide project assignments
• Represent MoFS in weekly meetings and maintain client relations
