ZAVTEK is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead our field service teams across multiple states, including Ohio, Washington, Oregon, and Virginia. You will drive daily operations, safety, and customer satisfaction while developing regional capabilities.

The role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to balance hands-on engineering with workforce planning. Columbus, OH, is a primary location with nationwide travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing or supervising field service technicians or equivalent teams.
• Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or related disciplines.
• Ability to guide troubleshooting and advise field personnel.
• Experience coordinating schedules, resources, and customer needs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to review service docs, work orders, and performance data.
• Proficiency with standard business software and service management systems.
• Willingness to travel periodically to company locations and sites nationwide.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet site access requirements.

• Oversee field service operations across multiple states and teams.
• Manage daily service activities, preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergencies.
• Ensure technicians are prepared, scoped, and equipped for jobs.
• Monitor performance metrics, scheduling, and response times.

• Establish and enforce standardized procedures across regions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling and parts availability.
