nVent is expanding its field services organization to support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair projects across North America. The Field Service Operations Manager will develop teams, coordinate field resources, and maintain a consistent customer experience, with 25–40% overnight travel and on-site work in Richland, MS.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in construction, industrial services, utility, power generation, maintenance, or similar project-based environments, including experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, crews, subcontractors, equipment, and customer priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to travel up to 40% (U.S. and occasionally Canada), including short-notice trips.

• Lead and develop a Field Service team supporting North America projects.
• Coordinate personnel, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Support customers during outages, inspections, equipment installations, commissioning activities, and emergency service events.
• Travel to customer sites to provide leadership, strengthen relationships, resolve issues, and support successful project execution.
• Serve as the key point of contact for customers, field personnel, subcontractors, and internal partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote safety, accountability, and customer service within field teams.
