Job summary

ZAVTEK is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead nationwide field service teams across Washington, Oregon, Ohio, and Virginia. You will drive daily service operations, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate resources to meet client expectations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical background in power and data center services, and a track record of managing field technicians in fast-paced environments. Seattle or Ohio locations are supported.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience managing or supervising field service technicians.
Technical background in electrical, mechanical, electronic, or electromechanical disciplines.
Willingness to travel periodically to company locations, customer sites, and field teams nationwide.
Strong leadership abilities with accountability and quality.
Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with standard business software and service management systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet access requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee field service operations and coordinate resources across multiple states.
Manage daily service activities including preventive maintenance, repairs, and commissioning.
Ensure technicians are prepared, scoped, and equipped to complete jobs correctly the first time.
Monitor work orders, productivity, scheduling, and response times.
Develop and enforce service procedures, safety policies, and documentation quality.
