Job summary

Diversified seeks an experienced Manager of Tech Ops to oversee installation and field operations across an assigned market in the United States. You will lead Field Implementation Managers, Site Supervisors, Lead Technicians, and Installers to deliver projects safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with a solid technical operations background, capable of coordinating resources across multiple projects and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years in AV installation, field operations, or technical project delivery.
• Minimum 2 years leading installation teams or supervising field personnel.
• Strong knowledge of installation processes, jobsite coordination, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple field crews and concurrent projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to establish clear expectations and enforce operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage installation teams within the assigned market, providing direction and performance management.
• Oversee field execution to ensure alignment with project scope, schedules, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Plan, assign, and coordinate field resources across multiple active projects.
• Coordinate jobsite activities with Project Managers and Site Supervisors; resolve challenges.
• Establish and reinforce installation standards, processes, and best practices.
