Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a Field Services Leader to oversee a team of Field Services Technicians delivering comprehensive waste management services across assigned markets. The role focuses on safety, service quality, and client satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency and team performance.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management, with regular travel to customer sites and field-based work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in field/operational environment.
• Experience overseeing a dispersed, part-time workforce across multiple locations.
• Strong client-first mindset with focus on safety and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead Your Team: onboard, train, coach, and develop technicians to ensure safety and service standards.
• Keep Operations Running Smoothly: manage day-to-day service across communities and ensure staffing aligns with needs.
• Deliver a Strong Client Experience: maintain client relationships and ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
• Partner Across the Business: align on-site execution with regional goals and drive process improvements.
