Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Turbine Floor Outage Leader to direct outage execution, ensure safe maintenance and optimal resource use. You will coordinate online and refuel outage activities, lead a multidisciplinary team, and enforce procedures to meet project milestones and company goals.

The role requires a strong background in turbine maintenance, outage planning, and safety culture, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and interfacing with management and contract personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related experience OR
• SRO license with 5 years of related experience OR
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience OR
• High school diploma with 9 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Direct turbine floor personnel to ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively by qualified workers
• Coordinate outage activities, scheduling, and engineering meetings for online and refuel outages
• Communicate with OS&A and CEC management, fostering collaboration across organizations
• Oversee multidisciplinary project activities including turbine generator disassembly/reassembly and equipment mobilization
• Administer OS&A processes, training, surveillance, procedure revisions, CAP, and drive performance improvements
