Invitation Homes LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Field Services to provide administrative support and frontline customer service for residents and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves monitoring dashboards, scheduling maintenance, resolving resident concerns, and coordinating utilities and evictions. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
• Experience in property management or maintenance industry is helpful.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer service and conflict resolution skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards and maintain task center for timely work requests.
• Schedule field maintenance and rehab activities for efficiency.
• Serve as first contact for maintenance-related resident concerns and coordinate actions.
• Review and approve/decline work order proposals within approved scope.
• Coordinate utilities and ensure timely activation where needed.
• Manage eviction schedules and property holds; coordinate clean-outs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
