Job summary

FirstKey Homes seeks a Resident Service Coordinator to bridge departments, oversee move-ins, and maintain property condition. This field-based role requires driving, using a company fleet vehicle to service multiple properties.

Responsibilities include welcoming new residents, light cleaning, basic maintenance, inventory audits, inspections, and document delivery, while ensuring adherence to Fair Housing and related laws.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledgeable of local, state, and federal laws governing Fair Housing and related real estate regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate move-in orientations and comfort new residents.
• Carry out light cleaning inside and outside the property.
• Perform routine light maintenance tasks like changing bulbs and filters.
• Conduct audits of products and inventory.
• Execute inspections and manage lockbox access and occupancy checks.
• Handle utility payments and document delivery to municipalities.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and related laws.
