Job summary

FirstKey Homes is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to serve as a vital link between departments and the property management team. This field-based role requires frequent driving and access to a company fleet vehicle to manage vacant inventory and maintain resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive regularly.
• Knowledge of basic home systems and safety practices.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing, ADA and related property laws.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate move-in orientations and orient new residents to their home.
• Perform light cleaning inside and outside to enhance curb appeal.
• Carry out routine light maintenance like bulb changes and filter replacements.
• Audit inventory and conduct regular inspections of vacant units.
• Manage lockbox access and conduct occupancy checks; assist with utility duties.
• Travel throughout assigned market; adhere to safety and legal requirements.
