Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business/ops.
• 3+ years coordinating service operations, dispatching, or project administration.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field service schedules and service requests to ensure timely completion.
• Assign work based on technician availability and priorities.
• Monitor daily field activities and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain calendars, work queues, and dispatch records for efficiency.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination and documentation.
