Job summary

Verifone seeks a Field Services Coordinator to manage day-to-day field activities, including installation rollouts and break-fix service. You will schedule, dispatch, reschedule, and track work orders while ensuring adherence to SLAs and milestones.

You’ll communicate with providers, technicians and customers to keep installations on track. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple active work orders and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in field services, dispatch, service coordination, project/installation coordination, or operational support roles.
• Strong communication skills with providers, technicians, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day field service activities across project/installation rollouts and break-fix service.
• Schedule, dispatch, reschedule, and track work orders and installations.
• Ensure work meets SLAs, milestones and customer expectations.
• Act as main communication link between service providers, technicians, internal teams and customers.
