Job summary

Transwest Inc. seeks an Outside Service Representative to maintain and expand service relationships.

You will represent Freightliner and Western Star, coordinate with service locations, and travel within the territory to identify repair opportunities and drive sales. The position requires building strong customer relationships, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a CDL within 90 days.
• Ability to travel.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and close sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-Oriented.
• Pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers.
• Serve as primary contact between customers and Transwest service locations.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing customer base.
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Assist customers with scheduling repairs and obtaining updates.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and opportunities.
