Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Senior Field Service Trainer to build and deliver training for 150-200 technicians across Field Service, EFC, and Remanufacturing. As a CDE SME, you will lead virtual and in-person sessions with NAOU and sales teams, ensuring technicians meet certification standards and perform at peak levels.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or related field (or equivalent), plus 2+ years of leadership experience and CAM-related exposure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred as stated.
HS diploma with additional experience acceptable.
2+ years of progressive people leadership experience.
2+ years CAM experience or related technical field preferred.
1+ years managing or implementing projects preferred.
Strong interpersonal, dependable and results-driven.

Responsibilities

Executes on CAM direction, strategy, goals and objectives within assigned area.
Builds, develops, and delivers training programs for 150-200 technicians.
Designs and implements customized training programs to diagnose, repair, and install equipment.
Collaborates with NAOU and suppliers to ensure certification standards.
Audits field service activities to ensure compliance with standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
