Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized training to ensure proper diagnosis, repair, and installation of equipment.
• Audit field service activities for compliance with reactive service and install standards.
• Foster relationships with management, NAOU, and suppliers to improve training impact.
• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions and certify technicians.
