Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Sr. Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair beverage equipment at customer sites in the Sparks/Reno area. You will service fountain dispensers, coolers, vendors, payment systems and other equipment with limited supervision.

The role requires 2-4 years of repair experience, a high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; a CFC refrigeration certification is preferred. Travel and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years' experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances.
• 1-2 years beverage service technician experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex fountain machine equipment and determine work, parts, and materials needed.
• Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area.
• Interact effectively with customers, management, and associates.
• Document travel, labor, and materials using handheld device.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and a clean, safe vehicle.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects as assigned.
