Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair beverage equipment at customer sites. Travel within the assigned geography, install or remove equipment as needed, and document each service with parts and labor details.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in appliance repair, SAP CONA/Microsoft Outlook/PDF reader proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• 2+ years' experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required.
• 1+ years beverage service technician experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on mobile devices.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex fountain beverage equipment and related systems.
• Travel to and from customer locations within the assigned area.
• Interact effectively with customers, management, and colleagues.
• Document travel, labor, and materials for each activity.
• Maintain parts inventory and a clean, safe vehicle.
