Job summary

MC Machinery Systems - USA seeks an experienced field service technician to diagnose and repair Mitsubishi Sinker EDM systems across the United States. The role requires 100% travel, mostly domestically, with on-site restoration and remote support when efficient.

You will interpret schematics, replace parts, and validate repairs while keeping customers informed throughout the process. The ideal candidate has a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience, hands-on electrical/mechanical

Qualifications

Interpret mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams to diagnose problems.
Familiarity with CNC programming (G-code/M-code) is advantageous.
Proficient with Windows operating systems and common software.
Strong written and verbal communication; works well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose complex failures and perform on-site restoration of Mitsubishi Sinker EDM systems.
Dismantle, rebuild, and test mechanical/electrical subsystems to original spec.
Provide expert on-site and telephone support to minimize downtime.
Record issues, actions, and outcomes thoroughly for future reference.
Maintain safety and quality standards during service operations.
