Qualifications

• 2-year Electronic or Technical Degree or experience equivalent.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical problems and testing equipment.
• Familiarity with electrical measurement tools and inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose complex technical problems and perform on-site repair.
• Examine machines mechanically and electrically to perform repairs by dismantling and rebuilding as needed.
• Diagnose problems and troubleshoot via telephone when required.
• Communicate professionally with customers and document resolutions.
