Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related work experience.
• OSHA 10 and Lead Renovator certification required or provided upon employment.
• General knowledge of residential construction and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Confirm all scheduled services 1–2 days in advance to ensure readiness.
• Prepare equipment and/or materials prior to scheduled appointments.
• Review customer details, service requirements, and any special instructions beforehand.
• Perform each service efficiently and effectively, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
• Complete assigned services within the designated timeframes, maintaining quality and workmanship.
• Seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction; provide feedback.
• Ensure timely communication for issues requiring further resolution or investigation.
