Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues and provide effective, timely field solutions for windows, doors, siding, roofing, and gutters. The role emphasizes independent field work with minimal supervision and requires prior experience in residential remodeling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with 2–4 years related work experience.
• OSHA 10 certification is required or will be provided after employment.
• RRP Lead Renovator certification is required or will be received after hire.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose installation issues and assess viable solutions in the field.
• Draft fixed timelines to resolve, replace, or repair problems.
• Complete services within designated timeframes with quality workmanship.
• Maintain safety protocols and company standards on every visit.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members about progress.
• Prioritize and manage multiple service appointments daily.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
