Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to service and repair previously installed windows & doors.
• Analytical problem solving and decision-making skills with a systematic approach.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Two or more years of window installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair previously installed Renewal by Andersen products.
• Analyzes customer situations, determines corrective action, and verifies effectiveness.
• Keep team members informed of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Coach, train and mentor Service Technicians.
• Keep service area neat and organized; manage stock levels.
• Provide Signature Service to homeowners and peers.
• Advanced knowledge of RbA window and door installation techniques.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
