Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, part of Andersen Corporation, is hiring a Field Service Technician I for our Charleston, WV area. You will service and repair installed Renewal by Andersen windows and doors, analyze situations, and verify fixes.

We value problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to train others. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; 2+ years of window installation experience preferred. Benefits include 401(k), medical/dental/vision, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to service and repair windows/doors, dismantle and reassemble components.
• Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills.
• Two or more years of window installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair existing Renewal by Andersen products.
• Analyze customer situations and verify corrective actions.
• Train and mentor other service technicians.
• Keep area organized and manage stock levels.
