Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience is required.
• OSHA 10 certification; RRP Lead Renovator Certification will be provided if not already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose installation issues and assess viable solutions in the field.
• Draft a fixed timeline to resolve, replace, or repair problems.
• Prepare equipment and materials before scheduled appointments.
• Review customer details and service requirements beforehand.
• Perform services efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
• Complete services within designated timeframes with quality workmanship.
• Communicate issues promptly for further resolution.
