Raymond West is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our service team. You will repair equipment, maintain strong customer relationships, and represent the company while adhering to safety guidelines.

The role requires travel within assigned territories and the ability to work overtime as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of breakdown/service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years breakdown experience or comparable service experience.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment Raymond West sells and services.
• Update training and skills on a continuing basis.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level.
• Follow all Service Department procedures.
• Communicate with assigned Field Supervisor.
• Complete all paperwork in a timely, neat, accurate, and orderly fashion.
• Communicate all options to customers before proceeding with work.
• Have the necessary tools to perform repair and scheduled service work.
• Complete jobs within quoted time limits when applicable.
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle.
• Maintain an accurate assigned parts inventory, if applicable.
• Always represent the entire company.
• Raymond Level 1 Certification or working towards that goal.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with points within limit.
