Job summary

Raymond West is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our service team in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on expert repair and service of customer equipment, maintaining strong customer relationships, and representing the company while meeting productivity and safety guidelines.

The position includes travel within assigned territories with a company vehicle and Fuel Card, and requires coating certifications and ongoing training to stay current with Raymond West standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years breakdown experience or comparable service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have working knowledge of hydraulic systems.
• Must be able to fulfill essential job functions with alertness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of equipment Raymond West sells and services.
• Update training and skills on a continuing basis.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level.
• Follow all Service Department procedures.
• Communicate with assigned Field Supervisor.
• Complete paperwork timely and neatly.
• Communicate options to customers before proceeding with work.
• Have necessary tools to perform repair and scheduled service work.
• Complete jobs within quoted time limits when applicable.
