Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our service team. The role focuses on repairing and servicing customer equipment, maintaining communication with customers and management, and representing the company in all activities.

Duties include field repairs, ongoing training, billing adherence, and adherence to safety procedures. The position may require travel and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Excellent Organisational Time Management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of equipment that Raymond West sells and services.
• Update training and skills on a continuing basis.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level.
• Follow all Service Department procedures.
• Communicate with assigned Field Supervisor.
