Qualifications

• Pre-employment checks including background, drug screening, and MVR.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related field experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and electronics; ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems, install and repair equipment as needed.
• Interact with customers to understand concerns and resolve issues.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company positively.
• Perform repairs efficiently and address issues promptly.
• Execute scheduled maintenance for contracted customers.
• Track parts and supplies in the service van; manage inventory.
• Maintain the service van with necessary tools and supplies.
• Adhere to safety guidelines at customer sites.
• Perform additional duties to support operations.
