Job summary
ZEISS is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair, troubleshoot, service and calibrate advanced CMM instruments at customer sites in the Phoenix area. You will travel regionally (70–90%); you will learn and perform hands-on maintenance on high-tech equipment and document service activities.

Qualifications
- Minimum High School grad or GED or equivalent.
- Or tech school/associate/bachelor in electronics or industrial mechanics.
- Military technical training accepted.
- Prior experience with hand tools and basic electrical test equipment.
- Microsoft Windows knowledge required.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, troubleshoot, service and calibrate advanced measuring instruments at customer sites.
- Travel to customer sites within your region; 70–90% travel expected.
- Work hands-on to acquire new skills on high-tech CMMs.
- Document service work and maintain accurate service records.
- Represent ZEISS professionally in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
