Lippert is a leading manufacturer and service provider serving the RV, automotive, and building products industries. We are hiring a Service Technician to support customers at their facilities across Indiana and Michigan, performing installations, testing, and maintenance.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, adherence to safety standards, and maintaining customer confidence through confidential handling of information and quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree required.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Respond to existing accounts by analyzing work orders and planning daily travel.
• Install and test systems, gather components, and perform acceptance tests.
• Maintain rapport with customers by addressing complaints and recommending improvements.
• Follow operating instructions, troubleshoot breakdowns, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document service actions through forms and logs; maintain confidentiality.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date by training and reading industry publications.
• Support operations to fulfill the company mission and goals.
• Travel as required to customer sites, maintaining safety and quality.
